Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This policy is a product-ready draft for Avior and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a public production launch.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Avior collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access avior.cc, use Avior token intelligence features, request scans, connect a Telegram account, or interact with Avior Telegram bot services.

Avior provides analytics, AI explanations, token discovery, account features, Telegram alerts, bot-created wallet tooling, and user-initiated trading workflows. This policy applies to information processed through those services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as email address, username, display name, authentication status, subscription tier, and account settings.

We may collect Telegram-related information when you link or use a bot account, including Telegram user ID, username, link code status, linked account state, alert delivery history, command interactions, and bot wallet public keys.

We may collect product activity data, including token pages viewed, scans requested, published or private scan visibility, token metrics, AI analysis records, alert events, trade previews, devnet or production trade records, fee receipts, PnL snapshots, and related timestamps.

We may collect technical data such as IP-derived region, device and browser details, cookies or similar identifiers, request logs, error logs, security logs, and analytics events needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Wallet And Private-Key Information

For bot-created wallets, Avior may store wallet public keys and encrypted private-key material needed to provide wallet functionality. Private keys are intended to be encrypted at rest and are not intentionally exposed through analytics, logs, support tooling, or agent workspaces.

If you export a private key, you are solely responsible for protecting it. Anyone with the private key can control the wallet and transfer funds. Avior support will never ask you to provide your private key.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, provide token intelligence, generate AI explanations, manage Watcher, Analyst, and Operator access, link website and Telegram accounts, deliver alerts, create and secure bot wallets, record user-initiated trade receipts, calculate referral accruals, calculate product analytics, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve service reliability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate product performance, detect suspicious activity, improve screening logic, and understand feature usage.

5. AI Provider Processing

When AI analysis is requested, Avior may send structured token metrics, risk scores, wallet-label context, scan metadata, and related evidence to an AI provider. Avior should not intentionally send wallet private keys, payment secrets, or unnecessary personal information to AI providers.

AI output is used to explain stored data in plain language. AI analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as financial advice.

6. Cookies And Analytics

Avior may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and analytics tools to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure usage, protect accounts, and troubleshoot service issues.

You may be able to disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may affect login, account linking, paid-plan access, and other core features.

7. Sharing And Disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help operate Avior, including hosting providers, authentication providers, database providers, analytics providers, AI providers, Telegram integrations, blockchain infrastructure providers, and payment or subscription processors.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, enforcement of our terms, protection of users, or protection of Avior rights and infrastructure.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Some blockchain-related activity and public token analysis records may be difficult or impossible to delete from public networks or public pages once published.

Private scans and account-linked data may remain in backups or audit logs for a limited period after deletion or account closure.

9. Security

Avior uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information, including access controls, encryption practices for sensitive wallet material, environment-secret handling, and operational restrictions.

No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong account credentials, protecting Telegram access, safeguarding exported private keys, and limiting funds held in bot-created wallets.

10. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also request account deletion or unlinking of Telegram account data where technically feasible.

To make a privacy request, contact Avior at info@avior.cc. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

Avior is not intended for children. You must not use Avior if you are under the age required to enter into binding agreements or use crypto-related services in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of Avior after an update means you accept the revised policy.
