Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms are a product-ready draft for Avior and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a public production launch.
1. Agreement To These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Avior, including avior.cc, Avior token intelligence features, AI analysis, Analyst and Operator scans, public token pages, account features, Telegram alerts, Telegram bot wallet tooling, and user-initiated trading workflows.
By accessing or using Avior, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Avior.
2. Analytics Only; No Financial Advice
Avior provides analytics, data summaries, risk context, token screening, AI explanations, and tooling. Avior does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
Signals, sections, scores, AI analysis, wallet labels, and alerts are informational only. They are not instructions to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset and are not guarantees of performance, safety, liquidity, or future price movement.
3. Crypto And Trading Risk
Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all value. Token markets may be affected by liquidity loss, smart-contract vulnerabilities, malicious contracts, transfer restrictions, taxes, network congestion, slippage, failed transactions, inaccurate data, wallet compromise, market manipulation, and other risks.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Avior does not guarantee execution quality, token safety, profit, availability of liquidity, accuracy of third-party data, or continued availability of any feature.
4. Telegram Bot Wallets And Private-Key Export
Avior may allow users to create a Solana wallet through Telegram bot workflows. Bot-created wallets are provided as user-directed tooling. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet and linked account.
If you export a private key, anyone with that private key can control the wallet and transfer funds. You are solely responsible for storing exported private keys securely. Avior support will never ask for your private key.
Users should not store funds they cannot afford to lose in bot-created wallets. Avior may restrict, pause, or modify wallet and trading features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product reasons.
5. Devnet, Mainnet, And Feature Gating
Some Avior features may operate on Solana devnet, in testing environments, or behind production gates before mainnet availability. Devnet transactions, receipts, balances, and test assets have no real economic value.
Mainnet trading will only be enabled when explicitly supported by Avior. Until then, any devnet trade receipt, simulated position, or testing flow is for safety testing and product validation only.
6. Plans, Access, And Subscriptions
Avior may offer Watcher, Analyst, Operator, or other access plans. Paid access may include expanded token views, advanced scans, additional Telegram alerts, published/private scan controls, custom referral links, lower Avior trading fees, and other features described in the product interface.
Subscription terms, pricing, renewal rules, refund eligibility, and access limits may change over time. Avior may modify, suspend, or discontinue paid-plan features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Fees
Avior may charge trading or service fees. The standard Avior trading fee is 1.00% for Watcher, 0.75% for Analyst, and 0.50% for Operator per successful swap where production trading is enabled. Route provider fees, launchpad fees, token fees, network fees, priority fees, and third-party fees may apply separately.
Failed swaps should not incur the Avior trading fee, but network or priority fees may still apply. Fee details may be shown in receipts, confirmations, subscription flows, or product interfaces.
Referral rewards may be recorded as 30% of Avior trading fees generated by users you refer. Referral accruals may be accounting records until Avior enables and discloses an automated payout policy.
8. AI Analysis And Data Limitations
Avior may use AI systems to explain stored metrics, scoring results, wallet-label evidence, and token activity in plain language. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on incorrect data.
Avior does not guarantee that AI analysis identifies all risks, detects all malicious activity, predicts market movement, or reflects future conditions. Users must independently verify information before acting.
9. User Scans And Published Content
Analyst and Operator users may be able to scan contract addresses and choose whether to keep scan results private or publish them. If you publish a scan, you are responsible for the decision to publish and for ensuring that your use of Avior complies with these Terms.
Avior may review, remove, hide, label, or restrict published scans, wallet labels, token pages, or account activity if we believe they are inaccurate, abusive, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with product integrity.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use Avior to violate laws, attack infrastructure, scrape or overload services, evade access limits, manipulate markets, publish knowingly false information, harass others, distribute malware, compromise wallets, reverse engineer restricted systems, or interfere with other users.
You must not attempt to access private scans, private account data, bot wallet secrets, administrative systems, or infrastructure credentials that you are not authorized to access.
11. Third-Party Services
Avior may rely on third-party services including Supabase, Telegram, Solana RPC providers, AI providers, market-data providers, routing providers, hosting providers, and analytics providers. Avior is not responsible for third-party outages, data errors, policies, fees, security incidents, or service changes.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and policies from those providers.
12. Intellectual Property
Avior, including its product design, branding, software, documentation, analysis format, and related materials, is owned by Avior or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Avior intellectual property.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit Avior systems except as expressly allowed by the product interface or written permission from Avior.
13. Disclaimers
Avior is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avior disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
Avior does not warrant that any token is safe, that any signal is correct, that any trade will execute as expected, or that any feature will remain available.
14. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avior and its contributors, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses related to crypto assets, wallet compromise, trading decisions, network failures, inaccurate data, AI output, or third-party services.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Avior is to stop using the service.
15. Changes To These Terms
Avior may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of Avior after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
